Originate and execute documentary-trade, supply-chain and working-capital transactions, combining financial structuring with client development and credit discipline.

About the role

This TWC Transactor role covers trade sales and transaction execution for RMB’s corporate clients. It combines origination and client relationships with modelling, credit papers, pricing, legal documentation and portfolio monitoring.

Key responsibilities

Develop client strategies and originate structured trade and working-capital financing opportunities.

Analyse cash flows, structure financing, negotiate pricing and prepare proposals for credit review.

Coordinate legal agreements, conditions precedent, onboarding and transaction execution with internal specialists.

Monitor exposures, facility reviews and changing credit risks while managing ongoing client relationships.

Key requirements

Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and four to five years in a similar role.

Practical knowledge of documentary trade, credit, risk, compliance and legal agreements.

Ability to combine financial analysis and structuring with commercial negotiation and client management.

Nice to have

Documentary Credit Specialist certification (CDCS); the advert says this must be achieved within 12 months if not already held.
