About the role
The Resources Sector Solutions team leader is responsible for RMB’s transaction team serving the resources sector. The role connects origination and client strategy with financing execution, financial and credit analysis, and portfolio oversight. It also develops transactors and monitors the team’s commercial performance and client delivery.
Key responsibilities
Lead sector business development, origination, negotiation and transaction structuring.
Oversee credit proposals, financial modelling, cash-flow analysis and portfolio-risk monitoring.
Coach transaction teams through execution and maintain senior client relationships.
Key requirements
BCom Honours or related qualification.
Approximately 9–11 years of banking experience.
