About the role
RMB’s Broader Africa team originates and executes financing transactions while managing client relationships and portfolio exposure. This team leader combines senior deal responsibility with oversight of transactors, guiding client strategy, commercial terms, financial analysis and implementation across the allocated African markets.
Key responsibilities
Lead new-business origination, transaction strategy, structuring, negotiation and implementation across Broader Africa.
Oversee financial modelling, cash-flow analysis, credit applications and risk-based pricing.
Manage client relationships, deal execution and ongoing portfolio exposure.
Coach and lead transactors through origination and execution.
Key requirements
BCom Honours or related qualification.
Approximately 9–11 years of banking experience.
Broader Africa experience is advantageous.
