About the role
This junior rates and foreign-exchange trading position sits within BMCE Capital Markets in Casablanca. The trader contributes to desk and portfolio strategy, market monitoring and decision-support reporting, and helps develop products within the firm’s trading limits and governance framework.
Key responsibilities
Support the desk action plan and portfolio-management strategy.
Prepare reporting, publications and decision-support materials.
Contribute to new-product design.
Operate within regulatory, position, transaction and risk-management limits.
Key requirements
Recent graduate of an engineering school with an initial finance-markets experience considered a strong advantage.
Strong mathematical foundation and analytical curiosity.
Initiative, fast learning and teamwork.
Fluent English; French-language working environment.
