About the role
Standard Chartered’s Mauritius Trade Product Manager owns the country’s Trade and Working Capital product agenda. Based in Ebene, the role combines product strategy and commercialisation with pricing, profitability and balance-sheet oversight. It works across CIB, Transaction Banking, Financial Markets, Risk and Treasury to develop client propositions and support complex trade transactions.
Key responsibilities
Own country delivery for Trade and Working Capital products in line with the global strategy.
Manage profitability, pricing, assets, contingent liabilities, risk-weighted assets, budgets and forecasts.
Build client propositions and support complex, high-value transactions.
Lead product launches, enhancements, digitalisation and commercialisation across Transaction Banking, CIB, Financial Markets, Risk and Treasury.
Key requirements
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics or a related discipline.
Strong Trade Finance and Trade & Working Capital product knowledge.
Proven product-development, business-performance, financial-analysis and business-case experience.
Understanding of client behaviour, market positioning, digital innovation and product governance.
