About the role
CrossBoundary Advisory is an investment advisor focused on unlocking private capital in underserved markets, with US$12+ billion in closed transactions globally. This Senior Associate role is based in Conakry, Guinea, focusing on supporting clients in accessing capital for sustainable impact investments in frontier markets.
Key responsibilities
Execute project work including identifying investment opportunities, conducting sector assessments and engaging investors
Drive business development through market assessments and developing service strategies
Lead transaction advisory work including commercial due diligence, market research and client recommendations
Advise on blended finance structuring and post-investment strategies
Key requirements
Minimum 4 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity or a similar field
Extensive experience living/working in Guinea with strong regional financial services contacts
Deep understanding of Guinea’s investment landscape
Self-starter mentality with passion for underserved markets
High tolerance for ambiguity
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to build relationships in demanding environments
