Summary
Ezdehar Management is expanding its private-equity investment team with a Senior Analyst / Associate who will contribute throughout the investment lifecycle. The work starts with research and sourcing, moves through financial and operational assessment, valuation and transaction execution, and continues with portfolio-company value creation. The role involves increasing ownership of deal workstreams and direct interaction with business owners, management teams and external advisers. Candidates will turn analysis into commercial recommendations, prepare investment materials and help develop Ezdehar’s investment platform. The employer’s hiring post seeks roughly two to five years of relevant experience and a practical, hands-on approach to growing companies.
Key responsibilities
Research industries, companies and investment themes using primary and secondary evidence; contribute to deal sourcing.
Analyse financial and operating performance and develop investment recommendations.
Build and maintain models, valuation analyses and investment-return scenarios.
Prepare screening papers, investment memoranda and other decision materials.
Support and increasingly lead diligence and structuring workstreams with financial, legal and commercial advisers.
Review and contribute to term sheets, non-binding offers and other transaction documents.
Work with management teams, owners and advisers during investment execution.
Support portfolio companies on strategic, financial and operational value-creation initiatives.
Key requirements
Approximately two to five years of relevant professional experience.
Strong financial modelling, valuation and financial-statement analysis.
Ability to translate research into commercial insight and a clear investment view.
Attention to detail alongside an understanding of the broader business context.
Ability to own several workstreams and identify and resolve problems proactively.
Clear communication and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Curiosity, perseverance and comfort working in an entrepreneurial, hands-on environment.
Nice to have
Background in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, strategy consulting or another similarly analytical environment.
