Key responsibilities
Develop C-suite relationships and originate investment-banking advisory mandates.
Lead pitches, valuation, financial modelling, structuring, negotiation, approvals, documentation and closing.
Manage transaction teams and execution quality across complex mandates.
Key requirements
Business or Commerce degree.
Approximately 8–10 years in investment banking, valuation and complex deal execution.
