About the role
EBRD is seeking a policy professional to design and deliver donor-funded technical-cooperation projects and policy dialogue in Morocco and Tunisia. The role works with banking colleagues to strengthen social outcomes alongside EBRD investments. It sits within the Regional Policy and Strategy team, where gender equality, skills and economic inclusion are connected directly to investment operations. The postholder will coordinate with country offices, banking teams and regional policy colleagues across the SEMED region.
Key responsibilities
Design and manage gender, skills and inclusion technical-cooperation projects.
Lead policy dialogue with governments, regulators, clients and development partners.
Manage consultants, delivery, donor reporting and evidence of impact.
Key requirements
Postgraduate degree in economics, international relations, international development or a related field.
Experience managing donor-funded projects and consultancy-based delivery.
Policy, development, inclusion or gender expertise, with excellent English and French.
