Summary
Diagnose operational and financial challenges at IDC business partners and coordinate advisory interventions that improve business performance.
About the role
The analyst supports business partners through management-consulting and enterprise-development work linked to IDC’s investment activity. The role brings together business analysis, implementation planning and oversight of specialist service providers to improve the sustainability of supported businesses.
Key responsibilities
Assess business partners’ financial and operational performance and identify improvement priorities.
Develop intervention plans and coordinate advisers, budgets and delivery milestones.
Track outcomes, report progress and support practical value-creation measures for business partners.
Key requirements
Relevant degree in commerce, business, finance, engineering, information systems, organisational development or a related field.
At least three years in advisory services, business analysis or SME support.
Exposure to management consulting, SME development or development finance, with analytical and project-coordination skills.
