Key responsibilities
Develop, manage and expand financial sector debt investments in the region
Conduct credit risk analysis of counterparties and market risks through due diligence
Coordinate with risk management, investment committees and external stakeholders
Manage the full investment cycle: sourcing, due diligence, implementation and monitoring
Represent the organisation at industry events
Undertake frequent regional travel
Key requirements
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related field
3–4 years of relevant financial sector experience in international settings
Knowledge of microfinance, SME finance and leasing operations
Strong analytical, writing and presentation abilities
Self-reliant, flexible personality suited to international work
Business-level English proficiency
Genuine interest in impact investing
