About the role
Enza Capital is recruiting an Investment Associate to evaluate African technology businesses and support investments from first engagement through closing. The role combines sourcing and investment research with portfolio-company support as the firm expands its technology and AI investing activity.
Key responsibilities
Cover the investment pipeline, engage with founders and develop market and sector research.
Prepare financial and business analysis and materials for Investment Committee discussions.
Support due diligence, transaction execution and the development of investment theses.
Work with portfolio companies on reporting, performance analysis and operational support.
Key requirements
At least three years of relevant venture-capital, private-equity, investment-banking or consulting experience, or an operating role in African technology.
Strong research, analytical and communication skills, with sound investment judgement.
Interest in technology and AI in Africa, a collaborative approach and willingness to travel.
