About the role
ARM-Harith Infrastructure Investments is a Nigerian infrastructure fund manager regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria, focused on private equity investments in Sub-Saharan African infrastructure assets across energy, transport, utilities, and digital infrastructure. The Investment Associate sits within the investment team and supports the full transaction cycle from origination and evaluation through execution, portfolio monitoring, and exit activities.
Key responsibilities
Support deal origination, screening, and evaluation of new investment opportunities
Build and maintain financial models for infrastructure asset valuation and transaction structuring
Conduct due diligence on target assets, including financial, commercial, and technical workstreams
Prepare investment committee materials, information memoranda, and management presentations
Monitor portfolio asset performance against key performance indicators
Assist with exit preparation and exit execution activities
Engage with advisors, co-investors, and external counterparties throughout the transaction process
Key requirements
2–5 years of experience in infrastructure private equity, project finance, investment banking, or corporate finance
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
