About the role
The Catalyst Fund is a frontier-market climate tech accelerator managed by BFA Global, backing early-stage climate startups across Africa and emerging Asia. The ESG & Impact Manager will lead and manage the fund’s ESG and impact strategy, impact management and reporting, and ESG compliance processes, reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage the fund’s ESG and impact strategy, ensuring alignment across investments and fund operations
Oversee impact management and reporting, tracking measurable outcomes across the portfolio
Drive ESG compliance processes to meet fund and LP standards
Engage with internal teams, portfolio companies and limited partners on impact and sustainability matters
Handle both strategic oversight and hands-on operational tasks as required
