Summary
Coordinate impact-focused acceleration programmes supporting African startups and SMEs as they prepare for investment.
About the role
Report to the Head of Acceleration Programmes, coordinating delivery, donor relationships and impact reporting across existing and new programmes.
Key responsibilities
Track programme objectives, seed-financing disbursements and technical assistance.
Monitor budgets, grant agreements and company performance.
Coordinate donor reporting and steering committees in French and English.
Share sector knowledge and support new programme development.
Key requirements
BAC+4/5 business or engineering qualification; entrepreneurship, finance, management or strategy preferred.
At least five years in SME support, SME financing or donor-funded development programmes.
Several years of professional or personal experience in Africa.
Fluent French, strong professional English, project management and financial-analysis skills.
Nice to have
Knowledge of climate and green sectors.
