About the role
I&P Ecosystèmes is the ecosystem-building arm of Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P), the pioneer African impact investment group. I&P Ecosystèmes promotes entrepreneurship and strengthens ecosystem actors across Sub-Saharan Africa through training, mentoring, and advisory programmes. This junior internship role is based in Dakar and supports the Operations Manager in delivering programmes for SMEs and support structures. A valid internship agreement from your institution is required.
Key responsibilities
Deploy training programmes for SMEs and support structures
Monitor mentoring and e-learning activities
Organise working sessions with experts and stakeholders
Provide logistical support for bootcamps and cohort events
Manage cohort recruitment campaigns
Contribute to funder reporting obligations
Support commercial proposals and programme development
Key requirements
Bachelor or Master's degree (engineering school, business school, IEP, or equivalent)
Interest in African development, impact investment, and entrepreneurship
Excellent written and spoken French; good English
Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
Proactivity, autonomy, and adaptability
Valid internship agreement (convention de stage) from your institution
