Summary

Key responsibilities
Identify and recommend investments using market, competitor and company financial analysis.
Prepare investment cases for presentation to the Investment Committee.

Analyse financial statements and operating processes as part of financial and operational due diligence.
Review portfolio-company reporting and accounts and contribute to periodic valuations.
Keep investee profitability, capital-structure and valuation information current.
Produce investor financial reports required by the fund’s management rules.
