About the role
CrossBoundary is recruiting an Associate Principal to lead power and infrastructure transaction-advisory engagements. The role combines project-finance execution, team leadership, investor and client coverage, capital mobilisation, strategic advisory and business-development work across London, Nairobi, Dubai or Mumbai.
Key responsibilities
Lead power and infrastructure advisory engagements and supervise junior team members.
Support transaction execution, financial modelling, diligence and project-finance structuring.
Develop client relationships, new business pursuits and fundraising opportunities.
Key requirements
Significant project-finance, infrastructure M&A, investment or advisory experience.
Experience leading complex transactions and infrastructure-finance work.
Professional working English; French or Spanish is preferred.
