About the role
The investment associate will work across the venture-capital investment cycle, from ecosystem research and sourcing to due diligence and portfolio support. The hiring entity is Attijariwafa Ventures, the group’s venture-investment subsidiary, rather than Attijari Finances Corp.
Key responsibilities
Identify investment prospects and analyse markets, business plans and financial models.
Prepare investment papers, coordinate external due diligence and support term-sheet and legal structuring work.
Monitor portfolio KPIs, contribute to value-creation plans and prepare investor and governance reporting.
Key requirements
Master’s-level qualification from a business or engineering school or a strong university programme.
Three to five years in venture capital, M&A, transaction audit, strategy consulting or a startup.
Strong financial analysis and interest in African innovation ecosystems, with fluent English.
Nice to have
French language skills.
